| After 15 years of commitment, passion and success, our Head of Sales – Key Account, Ekkehard Gram, is shifting his professional focus. But he’s not ready to let go completely: Ekke will remain closely connected to the security industry and to WITTKOPP as an advisor, continuing to share his valuable experience with us. “It has always been important to me that sales is about more than just numbers. It’s about relationships, trust and listening to customers and partners,” says Ekkehard Gram. And that’s exactly what has defined him at WITTKOPP: he built up our strategic sales, established strong structures, opened new paths and represented our company with great commitment in associations and working groups.The handover of his responsibilities will take place as part of a carefully planned succession process – built on trust and forward thinking, just as Ekke has always approached his work.
