WITTKOPP at the trainee speed dating: Shaping the future!

We had the pleasure of taking part in the trainee speed dating event in Velbert and getting to know numerous motivated young people. In just ten minutes, the applicants were able to present their strengths to us and make a personal impression - without any focus on grades and qualifications.

It was impressive to see how many young talents impressed us with their enthusiasm and passion. Some of them will now go on to the "recall" and we will invite them to an interview at WITTKOPP. In the best case scenario, these encounters will soon lead to a new training contract.

A total of 30 companies with over 116 apprenticeship vacancies took part in this event, and it was a great experience to be part of it. Together we are shaping the future of work!
