While our accessories enhance the appearance and user-friendliness of the safe, our spare parts support maintenance. Lever sets and key blanks enable quick and precise repairs, contributing to the long-term functionality of the lock.
Important note:
If the replacement of a lever set in a mechanical lock does not restore the function of the lock, a new lock must be installed. We do not offer any spare parts for mechanical locks other than lever sets and key blanks.
Individual components of our electronic locks or biometric locks - such as keypads, displays, circuit boards or motors - are not available as spare parts. To ensure long-term functional security and maximum reliability, we only offer complete units. If, for example, the keypad of an input unit is defective, the entire input unit must be replaced. Similarly, if a lock fails, a complete replacement is required.
